2. Acceptance of Terms

By downloading, installing, or using the App, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, do not use the App.

3. Description of Service

The App is a macOS application that allows you to:

  • Browse and search attachments in your Gmail account
  • Filter attachments by date, type, sender, and other criteria
  • Download selected attachments to folders on your Mac
  • Customize file naming with templates

The App requires a Google account with Gmail and an internet connection to access your email attachments.

4. Account and Access

To use the App, you must:

  • Have a valid Google account with Gmail access
  • Authorize the App to access your Gmail data (read-only)
  • Maintain the security of your Google account credentials

You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account.

5. Acceptable Use

You agree to use the App only for lawful purposes. You must not:

  • Use the App in any way that violates applicable laws or regulations
  • Attempt to reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble the App
  • Use the App to access accounts you are not authorized to access
  • Redistribute, sublicense, or resell the App
  • Remove or alter any proprietary notices or labels on the App

6. Intellectual Property

Our property: The App, including its code, design, and documentation, is owned by RobinLab and protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws.

Your property: You retain all rights to your email content and attachments. The App does not claim any ownership over your data.

7. Third-Party Services

The App integrates with third-party services that have their own terms:

The App depends on Google's Gmail API to function. Google may modify, restrict, or discontinue API access at any time, for any reason, without notice. If Google revokes access or the Gmail API becomes unavailable, the App may stop working partially or entirely. We are not responsible for interruptions caused by third-party services and no refunds are due in such circumstances.

8. Purchases and Subscriptions

The App is free to download with optional Pro features available via in-app purchase. All purchases are processed through the Mac App Store and are subject to Apple's payment terms.

Refunds are handled by Apple according to their refund policy.

9. Disclaimer of Warranties

The App is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied, including but not limited to:

  • Merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose
  • Uninterrupted or error-free operation
  • Accuracy or completeness of results

We do not warrant that the App will meet your specific requirements or that defects will be corrected.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, RobinLab shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to:

  • Loss of data or profits
  • Business interruption
  • Computer failure or malfunction

Our total liability for any claims arising from your use of the App is limited to the amount you paid for the App in the 12 months preceding the claim, or €50, whichever is greater.

11. Termination

By you: You may stop using the App at any time by uninstalling it and revoking Google access.

By us: We reserve the right to terminate or suspend access to the App at any time, without notice, for conduct that we believe violates these terms or is harmful to other users.

12. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of France. Any disputes arising from these terms or your use of the App shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Lyon, France.

13. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms of Service from time to time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated "Last updated" date. Your continued use of the App after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
